How do I raise a Fault?

Faults can be raised by emailing where an support ticket will be automatically generated and an engineer will be in touch shortly to investigate and troubleshoot.

You can also contact us on 0203 301 9998 to raise a support ticket. Calls will be between 9am-5.30pm weekdays. Calls outside of those hours will generate a voicemail email to engineers.
